Episode 0: Comings & Goings
April 3, 2011
After a lot of talk followed by a lot of doing, we’re excited to introduce our new project: The Double O Podcast!
In Episode 0, we introduce ourselves, go off on a lot of tangents, talk about guilds, blogging and, of course, WoW. We talk about the future, but also say goodbye to three bloggers who retired in the past week.
Links mentioned on the show:
Qieth’s Quips
Pink Pigtail Inn
Tales of a Priest
We’d like to give a huge thanks to Matticus who is graciously hosting our show on his server.
The music clips are, as you may have guessed, the James Bond Theme, as performed by John Arnold.
The Podcast isn’t yet available on iTunes, but I assure you that I’m working on it.
Enjoy!!
Link for your downloading pleasure.
EDIT: A lot of people have been asking for a download link. Since we’re not hosting the podcast on the WordPress server, I don’t think it’s possible until we get on iTunes. You’ll have to stream us in the meantime or download the podcast by using the link under the stream.
Great pilot episode, mics were clear and topics were spot on

Very fun and enjoyable podcast and I will keep an eye out for the next one. =D
Best of luck with the series! Great work!
Thanks guys! Really appreciate it ^_^
Great first show ladies! I blushed multiple times– so touched. You gals better keep up the great work! 😀
Thank you and you’re very welcome, sir.
❤
Great banter, you guys have excellent chemistry. Can’t wait til the next episode. Is that going to be #2 or #1…lol
It would most likely be Episode #1.
🙂
I loved name: the *O_O* episode!
Have yet to hear everything, but I can say Ophelie has the sweetest voice ever, and Oestrus sounds like those awesome airport announcement gals!
Thanks 🙂 It’s always nice to get some encouragement about my voice. I’m pretty self conscious about it.
Thanks for listening and dropping by!
Subscribed! Congratulations on your first episode. 🙂
Thank you! Hopefully we’ll have plenty more to offer.
Proper point on gear and applications. Ive always managed to “guild up” whenever I’ve swapped guilds, even if my gear wasn’t adequete. If you show the guild that you know your stuff, it will mean so much more than epic gear.
Also, thanks for the shout out 🙂
I hope so! I’m really, like REALLY, undergeared and inexperienced for the kind of guild I’d like to join since I stopped raiding seriously in January. Hopefully someone will give me a chance and hear me out!
